Daily Mercury reports from Sydney, Australia a modular house called HOUSE2.0 unfolds out of a box and can be set up within a week ready for the furniture to be brought in. Tektum managing director Nicolas Perren says a developer in Mackay in New South Wales (NSW) has expressed interest in siting 39 of the houses.
