Daily Mercury reports from Sydney, Australia a modular house called HOUSE2.0 unfolds out of a box and can be set up within a week ready for the furniture to be brought in. Tektum managing director Nicolas Perren says a developer in Mackay in New South Wales (NSW) has expressed interest in siting 39 of the houses. MHProNews has learned the two package home is 80% complete when it leaves the factory in Gosford, and it?s the first of its kind erected in Australia.
